Not a Spaniard. The guy on stage is a mexican gay singer called Juan Gabriel. Loved by many mexicans and south americans (mostly women), many others consider him just a self-parody, a joke really. But, as Liberace said once, "He cries all the way to the bank" because he's made gazillions prancing around.
