The video looks modern day so i think that is tupac. His appearance changed a little. Noticed how at the end the dude with the backwards cap says Pac.When 2pac seen the camera he kept his cool. If he didnt keep his kool, everyone would believe. 2Pac forever<br />

the video is a double, when the camera moves to the left to look at 2pac you can obviously see that the texture changes and <br />
the screen becomes more blurry than in the <br />
beginning. It is a different clip playing at the same time right after the camera passes the side of the building the second video is editing/playing.<br />
Yeah I too wish he was still alive, but come on we all know the truth...<br />
